You have 15 days to make a refund request after your order has been delivered.

In case the item you received is damaged or defective, you could return an item in the same condition as you received it with packaging intact. Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and if the item is found to be defective or damaged, we will exchange it with a different product of the same kind

  • Any item that has been cut, eaten, or tampered with after purchase.
  • Baked goods that have been removed from their original packaging.

3. Custom and Personalized Orders

  • Cakes, cookies, or pastries with custom decorations, names, or messages.
  • Special orders tailored to specific dietary needs or preferences.

4. Items Returned After a Long Period of Time

  • Any baked goods returned more than 12 hours after purchase.
  • Products that were not stored properly and have gone stale, melted, or spoiled.

5. Items Damaged After Pickup/Delivery

  • Cakes that have collapsed, melted, or been mishandled by the customer.
  • Bread or pastries squashed during transport after leaving our premises.

6. Discounted or Clearance Items

  • Any item sold at a discounted rate or marked as final sale.
